Zoetis Canada and Italy Honored as Great Places to Work®
Zoetis Canada and Italy were recently listed and certified as Great Places to Work® in their respective countries. Certified companies are recognized for their attention to the quality of organizational culture and work environment and have a relational model based on mutual trust. The certification is determined by comparing employees’ opinions through a Trust Index Survey with managers’ views through a Culture Audit Report.

Zoetis Portugal Selected for the Second Time as a Best Company to Work For
In October, EXAME, a leading business magazine in Portugal, in collaboration with AESE Business School and Everis International Consultants, released their annual list of “Best Companies to Work For”. Zoetis Portugal was proud to be included for the second year running in the “Health and Pharma Business” category.
Companies qualify for the list through three steps: an employee survey, an office visit from EXAME journalists, and face-to-face interviews. Important criteria considered this year, included: sense of belonging and commitment, valuing people, accountability, people development, leadership and team relationship, and work/life balance.
As part of their Zoetis assessment, one of the EXAME journalists said, “Team spirit and resilience are strong. Zoetis Brazil Recognized for the Fourth Time as one of 150 Best Companies to Work For by Você S/A
Zoetis Brazil’s commitment to fostering a diverse work environment, development opportunities, respect and transparency was recognized for the fourth time by Você S/A, one of the country’s top business magazines. The magazine selects companies on the list based on response to an annual survey that assesses the best places to work against multiple factors, including how employees identify with the company, their support of leadership, whether they are satisfied and motivated, and if they believe there are opportunities for development. Zoetis was also named to the list in 2015, 2017, and 2018.
